Defeat the Dragonkin Soldier (Lake of Rot) Boss
Obtained by defeating the Dragonkin Soldier at the Lake of Rot. Make sure to raise the platforms around it to have safe ground to fight on or bring Preserving Boluses to counteract the Scarlet Rot procs.
