Maastricht Housing: your one stop housing shop

Maastricht Housing is the primary housing facilitator for Maastricht University, Zuyd University of Applied Sciences, and the Jan van Eyck Academy. Its mission is to streamline the housing search process by connecting you with the UM Guesthouse, housing associations, real estate agents and private property owners, so you can find high-quality, affordable accommodation.

As the central housing hub, Maastricht Housing brings together the available student accommodations into a single, globally accessible platform. Registering with Maastricht Housing costs €35, which is a one-time fee. You can pay using iDEAL, PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, Bancontact, GiroPay, or International or Sepa bank transfer.
