2 cups almond milk (or your favorite milk)

1 black tea bag (Earl Grey is my favorite)

1 organic apple, cored and chopped

1 tablespoon honey or a few drops of liquid stevia

1) Heat milk, tea bag, chopped apple, and honey in a medium saucepan over low heat until the tea bag is steeped. (About 6 minutes.)

2) When the milk reaches the desired temperature, run the liquid through a sieve and pour it into your mug.

3) Sprinkle with cinnamon.
