Carpenter launched the Emails I Can’t Mail Tour in August 2022 to promote her record; the first leg of the tour kicked up in the following October.

A second leg for North America was announced in December 2022 and scheduled for the spring of 2023. Carpenter announced a European leg of the tour in January 2022, with the date for that leg being June 2023.
